DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Full or half payment upfront payment via Paypal only.

DO YOU ACCEPT RESERVATIONS?

Yes! A non-refundable 10% waitlist fee will apply to reserve a working period of within 6 months.

DO YOU HAVE A PUBLIC WAITLIST?

In order to maintain privacy of my clients and the projects I am working on with them I unfortunately do not have a public waitlist. Please ask me directly about my progress with commisssions / where you currently are in the waitlist!

CAN I COMMISSION AN ARTWORK TO BE USED AS A STREAM STARTING / ENDING / BRB SCREEN AND HAVE IT ANIMATED?

Yes of course! Please let me know beforehand so I can draw the artwork to the correct resolution. I will prepare a PSD file with all merged character layers separated from the background and foreground for the Live2D rigger / animator. There will be an additional fee if you would like me to separate individual parts of the character instead of it being done by the rigger / animator.

TERMS OF SERVICE

A. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • I am allowed to decline any commission requests.

  • I have the right to share the finished commission to the public and in my portfolio unless otherwise requested.

  • If reposting my work, please credit @ninoueco (Twitter / Instagram).

  • You are not allowed to claim or credit my art as your own.

  • Please allow a response time of 1-3 business days.

  • Use of any artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

B. PAYMENT / CANCELLATION / REFUND

  • PayPal and USD only.

  • Additional charges may apply if the artwork needs to be rushed.

  • Upfront payment must be received before beginning the commission.

  • Full upfront payment only.

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the commission at anytime.

  • Cancellation and full refunds may be requested if commission has not been started.

  • No full refunds once the first WIP is sent. A partial refund can be discussed.

C. DELIVERY & WORKING PERIOD

  • Working period will be at least 1 week - 2 months depending on the complexity, number of revisions required and time available.

  • I will send WIP updates throughout the process. As the commissioner you are free to ask for progress checks.

D. REVISIONS

  • Upon showing WIP updates, you are allowed to request for revisions to be made.

  • Up to 5 revisions may be requested before the final artwork.

  • Minor revisions can be made on the completed work only if I have made a mistake or missed a detail.

  • Major revisions after the artwork is complete or near completion may incur a fee.

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. ORDER

Contact me via the order form, email or Twitter / Instagram DM to receive a quote.

2. CONFIRMATION

Details are discussed and a quote is provided. Payment is collected via Paypal invoice.

3. WORKING

Work in progress updates will be provided at every stage of the commission.

4. FINALISATION

Final PNG file (With and without background) is shared via Google Drive. PSD file available upon request (included for Vtuber model artwork).
